To predict generation of abnormal noise.SOLUTION: An abnormal noise generation risk prediction device 20 includes: an acquisition part 21 for acquiring a vehicle behavior prediction value which is a prediction of a behavior of a vehicle, a road surface situation which is an estimation of a situation of a road surface where the vehicle travels, and a fluid temperature which is a temperature of a working fluid inside a damper 1; a damper input prediction part 25 (prediction input calculation part) for calculating a prediction input which is an input to the damper 1 predicted from the vehicle behavior prediction value and the road surface situation; an abnormal noise distribution output part 27 for outputting abnormal sound distribution which is abnormal noise generation probability distribution based on a fluid temperature according to the pattern of the input to the damper 1; and an abnormal noise generation risk prediction part 28 for predicting an abnormal noise generation risk which is an actual abnormal noise generation risk generated by the damper 1 from a relation with the prediction input for the abnormal noise distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
