To provide a vehicular air conditioner that can achieve hot gas heating operation by which a thermodynamic cycle is prevented from becoming unstable even if disturbance occurs.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner is provided with: a refrigerant circuit including a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger and an external heat exchanger; an air conditioning unit having the indoor heat exchanger arranged therein and including an air blower that blows air flowing into a vehicle interior after exchanging heat with the indoor heat exchanger; and a control part that controls the refrigerant circuit and the air conditioning unit. The refrigerant circuit has a hot gas bypass that decompresses at least a portion of a refrigerant compressed by the compressor without going through the external heat exchanger and returns the refrigerant to the compressor. The control device can perform control so that hot gas heating operation by which the refrigerant is prevented from absorbing heat in the external heat exchanger and heat of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor is radiated by the indoor heat exchanger to heat a vehicle interior is executed. When it is determined that a temperature of air whose heat is exchanged by the indoor heat exchanger is below a predetermined temperature during the execution of the hot gas heating operation, a regulating mode, in which an upper limit value of air volumes blown by the air blower is lowered, is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】本発明は、外乱が生じても熱力学サイクルが不安定にならないホットガス暖房運転を実現することを課題とする。【解決手段】圧縮機、室内熱交換器、及び、外部熱交換器を含む冷媒回路と、室内熱交換器を内部に配置し、室内熱交換器と熱交換した後に車室内へ流れる空気を送風する送風機を含む空調ユニットと、冷媒回路及び空調ユニットを制御する制御装置と、を備えた車両用空調装置において、冷媒回路は、圧縮機で圧縮した冷媒の少なくとも一部を、外部熱交換器を経由することなく減圧して圧縮機に戻すホットガスバイパスを有し、制御装置は、外部熱交換器において冷媒に吸熱させず、圧縮機で圧縮した冷媒を室内熱交換器で放熱させて車室内を暖房するホットガス暖房運転を実行する制御が可能であり、ホットガス暖房運転の実行中に、室内熱交換器で熱交換した後の空気の温度が所定温度以下と判断した場合は、送風機による風量の上限値を下げる規制モードとする。【選択図】図7
