To smoothly execute preparatory operation that is performed at the time of starting hot gas heating operation to obtain desired heating performance.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner is provided with: a refrigerant circuit including a compressor, an indoor heat exchange part and an external heat exchange part; an air conditioning unit in which the indoor heat exchange part is arranged; and a control device that controls the refrigerant circuit and the air conditioning unit. The refrigerant circuit has a hot gas bypass that decompresses at least a portion of a refrigerant compressed by the compressor and returns the portion to the compressor without going through the indoor heat exchange part and the external heat exchange part. The control device can execute hot gas heating operation by which the refrigerant is prevented from absorbing heat in the external heat exchange part and heat of the portion of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor is radiated in the indoor heat exchange part to heat a vehicle interior, which executes preparatory operation by which heat radiation is prevented or suppressed in the indoor heat exchange part to make the refrigerant circuit circulate the refrigerant until the refrigerant is brought into a predetermined state, and restricts adjustment of volumes of air blowing into the vehicle interior at least while executing the preparatory operation, at the time of starting the hot gas heating operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】ホットガス暖房運転の始動時に行われる準備運転を円滑に実行し、所望の暖房性能を得る。【解決手段】車両用空調装置は、圧縮機、室内熱交換部、及び、外部熱交換部を含む冷媒回路と、室内熱交換部を内部に配置した空調ユニットと、冷媒回路及び空調ユニットを制御する制御装置とを備え、冷媒回路は、圧縮機で圧縮した冷媒の少なくとも一部を室内熱交換部及び外部熱交換部を経由することなく減圧して圧縮機に戻すホットガスバイパスを有し、制御装置は外部熱交換部において冷媒に吸熱させず、圧縮機で圧縮した冷媒の一部を室内熱交換部で放熱させて車室内を暖房するホットガス暖房運転を実行可能であり、ホットガス暖房運転の始動時に、冷媒が所定の状態になるまで、室内熱交換部における放熱をさせず又は抑制させて冷媒回路に冷媒を循環させる準備運転を行い、少なくとも準備運転の実行中に、車室内への吹出風量に対する風量調整を制限する。【選択図】図2
