To generate a target track for allowing a vehicle to change a course at a desired spot.SOLUTION: A vehicle 11 is configured to enable automatic operation. A lane information acquisition unit 21 acquires lane information indicating information of a travel lane of a road in which the vehicle 11 travels. A pattern acquisition unit 22 acquires a course change pattern in a straight road of the vehicle 11. A target track generation unit 23 generates a target track when the vehicle 11 changes a course based on the lane information acquired by the lane information acquisition unit 21 and the course change pattern acquired by the pattern acquisition unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
