To enable calculation of an inter-vehicle distance in accordance with a vehicle travel state in echelon formation travel.SOLUTION: A position information acquisition part 21 acquires position information of a plurality of vehicles 11 travelling in an echelon formation. An inter-vehicle distance calculation part 22 calculates an inter-vehicle distance between the vehicles 11 on the basis of a vehicle travel state of the vehicles 11 in echelon formation travel and the position information of the vehicles 11 that is acquired by the position information acquisition part 21. A travel control part 23 controls travelling of the vehicles 11 on the basis of the inter-vehicle distance that is calculated by the inter-vehicle distance calculation part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
