To provide a cylindrical vibration isolator for a railway vehicle having a novel structure which can obtain a spring characteristic required for the railway vehicle while solving a problem of a non-adhesion type such as noise and the lowering of durability.SOLUTION: In a cylindrical vibration isolator 10 for a railway vehicle in which an inner shaft member 12 and an outer shaft member 14 are connected to each other by cylindrical connection rubber 16, the connection rubber 16 firmly adheres to an external peripheral face of the inner shaft member 12 and an internal peripheral face of the outer cylinder member 14, a pair of slits 40, 40 extending in a circumferential direction and penetrating in an axial direction are formed at both sides in a radial direction with the inner shaft member 12 sandwiched therebetween at an external peripheral end part of the connection rubber 16, a circumferential length of each slit 40 is set longer than a circumferential length of the connection rubber 16 between the circumferential directions of the pair of slits 40, 40, and bulged parts 32, 32 protruding to an external periphery toward the pair of slits 40, 40 are partially provided in the axial direction at an adhesion portion of the connection rubber 16 of the inner shaft member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異音や耐久性低下といった非接着タイプの問題点の解決を図りつつ、鉄道車両用として要求されるばね特性を実現することができる、新規な構造の鉄道車両用の筒型防振装置を提供する。【解決手段】インナ軸部材12とアウタ筒部材14が筒状の連結ゴム16で連結された鉄道車両用の筒型防振装置10であって、連結ゴム16がインナ軸部材12の外周面及びアウタ筒部材14の内周面に固着されており、連結ゴム16の外周端部には、周方向に延びて軸方向に貫通する一対のスリット40,40がインナ軸部材12を挟んだ径方向の両側に形成されており、各スリット40の周方向長さは、一対のスリット40,40の周方向間における連結ゴム16の周方向長さよりも長くされており、インナ軸部材12における連結ゴム16の固着部分には、一対のスリット40,40に向けて外周へ突出する膨出部32,32が軸方向で部分的に設けられている。【選択図】図1
