The invention relates to a quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator for a railway vehicle traction motor. The quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator comprises a plurality of quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator units arranged above and on the two sides of a framework cross beam of a vehicle body. The quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator units are symmetrically arranged by taking the framework cross beam as the center; each quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator unit is connected with a connecting bracket; the connecting bracket is rigidly connected with a motor bracket of a motor; eachquasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator unit comprises a quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator upper end mounting base, a quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator lower end mounting base, a belleville spring and a rubber spring. The belleville spring is connected with the rubber spring in parallel; the two ends of the belleville spring and the two ends of the rubber spring are fixedly connected with the quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator upper end mounting base and the quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator lower end mounting base respectively, and the height-thickness ratio of the belleville spring is larger than that of the belleville spring in the prior art. The quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator has the advantages of being beneficial to reducing framework vibration, improving framework operation stability and safety and the like.

    本发明涉及一种用于铁道车辆牵引电机准零刚度隔振器,包括设置在车体的构架横梁的上方及两侧的多个准零刚度隔振器,各准零刚度隔振器以构架横梁为中心呈对称布置,各准零刚度隔振器与连接支架连接,连接支架与电机的电机支架刚性连接,准零刚度隔振器包括准零刚度隔振器上端安装座、准零刚度隔振器下端安装座、碟形弹簧与橡胶弹簧,碟形弹簧与所述橡胶弹簧并联,碟形弹簧的两端、橡胶弹簧的两端分别与准零刚度隔振器上端安装座、准零刚度隔振器下端安装座固定连接,碟形弹簧的高厚比大于与现有技术相比,本发明具有有利于降低构架振动,提高构架运行稳定性和安全性等优点。
