To provide a position estimation device that accurately specifies the position of a target machine in a positional relation between the target machine and a peripheral machine positioned around the target machine.SOLUTION: Radio wave signals transmitted from a plurality of peripheral machines located around a target machine, the radio wave signals including position information of the peripheral machines that have transmitted the radio wave signals, are received. A photographing device that photographs at least one peripheral machine of the plurality of peripheral machines is controlled. Based on an image generated by photographing, a direction of the peripheral machine shown in the image with respect to the target machine is calculated. A range of a position of the target machine in relation to a position of the peripheral machine is estimated based on the direction of the peripheral machine shown in the image and the radio wave signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】対象機とその対象機の周辺に位置する周辺機との位置関係における対象機の位置を精度よく特定する位置推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】対象機の周辺に位置する複数の周辺機から送信された電波信号であって当該電波信号を送信した周辺機の位置情報を含む電波信号を受信する。複数の周辺機のうちの少なくとも一つの周辺機を撮影する撮影装置を制御する。撮影により生成された画像に基づいて当該画像に写る周辺機の前記対象機を基準とする方向を算出する。画像に写る周辺機の方向と、電波信号とに基づいて、周辺機の位置との関係における対象機の位置の範囲を推定する。【選択図】図1
