The upper surface of the left end portion 43L is offset upward from the upper surface of the center portion 41 in a height direction. The left connection portion 42L is inclined upward from the center portion 41 toward the left end portion 43L. The center portion 41 and the left connection portion 42L constitute a high proof strength portion 48 with high rigidity.
