The floor structure of the railway vehicle serves as a restrictive vibration control plate with a structure comprising the expansive refractory paint on the lower plate and the punching metal at normal times and delays fire spread with a triple-layer structure of a carbonized refractory material, a refractory heat insulation material, and the heat insulation material at the time of fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
