To provide a rear sub-frame structure for a vehicle that is light-weight and can meet required bond strength.SOLUTION: A rear sub-frame includes: a front cross member and a rear cross member constituted of a closed cross section and including a body mount on both ends; and a pair of side members fitted and fixed to the front cross member and the rear cross member.
