To provide an intervention operation determination device that can promptly and accurately determine an intervention operation of a steering by a driver during controlling a steering angle of a vehicle without operation by the driver.SOLUTION: An intervention operation determination device includes: a steering part to be operated by a driver; a steering wheel configured to turn along with the operation of the steering part; and a detector configured to detect an amount of operation of the steering part when operation force for turning the steering wheel is generated, and is configured to determine that the driver has operated the steering part during an automatic operation in which traveling is performed by controlling an actuator without operation of the steering part by the driver. The intervention operation determination device includes a controller configured to control the actuator. The controller determines based on a deviation Δθ between a target steering angle during the automatic operation and an actual steering angle θr based on the amount of operation detected by the detector whether an intervention operation in which the steering part is operated by the driver has been performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
