To provide a traffic safety assistance system with which it is possible to promptly perform risk notification to a traffic participant when the behavior of the traffic participant changes suddenly.SOLUTION: The traffic safety assistance system comprises a sever device that predicts the future behavior of a plurality of traffic participants, and a notification device that performs notification to the plurality of traffic participants on the basis of the prediction result of the server device. The notification device includes a portable terminal 14 that moves together with a second traffic participant 72. The portable terminal 14 receives the future trajectory X of a first traffic participant 71 from the server device and calculates the speed vector V of a second traffic participant 72, determines whether or not risk occurs between the first traffic participant 71 and the second traffic participant 72 on the basis of the future trajectory X of the first traffic participant 71 and the speed vector V of the second traffic participant 72, and performs risk notification, which is a notification regarding a risk, to the second traffic participant 72 when it is determined that a risk occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】交通参加者の挙動が突然変化する場合に、交通参加者に対するリスク通知を速やかに行うことが可能な交通安全支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】交通安全支援システムは、複数の交通参加者の将来の挙動を予測するサーバ装置と、サーバ装置の予測結果に基づいて、複数の交通参加者に対する通知を行う通知装置と、を備える。通知装置は、第2の交通参加者72と共に移動する携帯端末14を含む。携帯端末14は、サーバ装置から第1の交通参加者71の将来の軌道Xを受信し、第2の交通参加者72の速度ベクトルVを算出し、第1の交通参加者71の将来の軌道Xと第2の交通参加者72の速度ベクトルVとに基づいて、第1の交通参加者71と第2の交通参加者72との間にリスクが発生するか否かを判定し、リスクが発生すると判定した場合に、第2の交通参加者72に対して、リスクに関する通知であるリスク通知を行う。【選択図】図5
