To make compatible safety and efficiency in restarting a power transmission process after power failure by making clear a restarting method of a road-side power supply apparatus after recovery from a disaster in a case where the disaster occurs.SOLUTION: A system for non-contact power supply during traveling supplies power in a non-contact manner from a power transmission device in a road-side power supply apparatus to a traveling vehicle on which a vehicle-side power reception apparatus is mounted. The road-side power supply apparatus comprises: a first communication unit capable of executing a wide-range radio communication with the vehicle-side power reception apparatus; a second communication unit capable of executing a narrow-range radio communication with the vehicle-side power reception apparatus; a power transmission control section which controls the power transmission device; and an abnormality determination section capable of determining occurrence of an abnormality. When a disaster is determined, the abnormality determination section turns on a disaster flag and notifies the power transmission control section of it. The power transmission control section stops a power supply operation by the transmission device in a case where it is determined that the disaster flag is turned on, and causes the road-side power supply apparatus to execute a predetermined operation in a case where it is determined that the disaster flag is turned off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
