To provide a non-contact power supply system during traveling, a power supply device, and a power receiving device, capable of improving pairing accuracy between a road-side power supply device and a vehicle-side power receiving device.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply system during traveling according to the present invention performs pairing between a road-side power supply device installed in a traffic lane determined that a vehicle is traveling thereon and a vehicle-side power receiving device. The road-side power supply device installed on each of a plurality of traffic lanes of a road includes a first communication device performing wide-range wireless communication and a second communication device performing short-range wireless communication. The vehicle-side power receiving device includes a third communication device performing wide-range wireless communication and a fourth communication device performing short-range wireless communication. Each road-side power supply device includes sharing means by which vehicle information obtained from the third communication device by the second communication device can be mutually shared, and determination means that determines, on the basis of the vehicle information shared by the sharing means, the traffic lane on which the vehicle is travelling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
