To shorten a warming-up time of an engine in a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjustment system 100 mounted on a hybrid vehicle 200, includes: an engine cooling water circuit 30; a battery temperature adjustment circuit 50 for cooling or heating a battery 51; a heat exchange circuit 40 provided with a water-water heat exchanger 18 for exchanging heat between the engine cooling water circuit 30 and the battery temperature adjustment circuit 50; a four-way flow control valve 20 for switching between closure and communication between the engine cooling water circuit 30 and the heat exchange circuit 40; and a control part 70. When a temperature of the battery 51 is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, and a temperature of cooling water in an engine 11 is lower the temperature of the battery 51, the control part 70 adjusts the four-way flow control valve 20 so that the engine cooling water circuit 30 and the heat exchange circuit 40 communicate with each other, thereby allowing the cooling water to flow through the water-water heat exchanger 18 to raise the temperature of the cooling water in the engine 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
