An EA material 20 is disposed facing a surface, which is opposite to a surface connected with the stack pedestal 3, of the side plate 1b. A connection member 8 has a bottom plate 8a, a side plate 8b, and a top plate 8c and is provided so as to cover an end of the EA material 20. A bulk material 7 is inserted between the connection member 8 and the side plate. A connection member 9 connects the bottom plate 1a with the bottom plate 8a.
