The invention provides a battery pack mounting structure. The mounting structure includes a battery pack having a plurality of battery modules, and a bracket located at the separated battery pack and allowing the battery modules to be mounted therein. The seating portion is formed in the vehicle body to define a space for accommodating the battery pack therein. The lower cover is located on a lower surface of the battery pack, and the heat sink is coupled to the bracket to face a lateral side surface of the battery module and defines a flow path through which cooling water flows.
