To make it possible to improve convenience for an occupant when traveling by automated driving is performed from a time when the occupant rides in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An automated driving ECU 10 capable of being used in a vehicle allowing a start of automated driving which assists both steering and acceleration/deceleration, from a time when the vehicle starts, includes: a starting-time state identification section 104 for identifying a starting-time state which is a state related to the automated driving started when the vehicle starts; and a notification processing section 151 for causing a notification to be given from a notification device for giving the notification to an occupant in the vehicle.
