To estimate a probability distribution of favorableness as a movement area or movement space, which serves as an index for estimating a risk on each position within an object range, in consideration of an error in classification of types of areas or spaces.SOLUTION: An information processor includes a class probability calculation unit that calculates a probability distribution, which expresses probabilities of classes representing types of areas or spaces, in relation to each of positions within an object range on the basis of birds-eye-view data obtained by observing the object range from an overhead position, and an index distribution calculation unit that calculates a probability distribution of indices, in relation to each of the positions within the object range on the basis of the probability distribution and indices each of which indicates favorableness of each class as a movement area or movement space of a moving body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
