To facilitate a selection of a candidate section when installing a wireless power feeder on a road.SOLUTION: A selection device for a candidate section of a road on which a wireless power feeder is installed comprises: a storage unit for storing input data including a travel environment of the road and a traffic volume; and a control unit which executes selection processing of the candidate section using the input data. The selection processing of the candidate section includes: processing for extracting a low-speed section in which a frequency for the vehicle to travel at a low speed equal to or lower than a predetermined speed is high; and processing for defining as the candidate section the low speed section in which a low speed period for the vehicle to travel at the low speed is equal to or longer than a predetermined time in the extracted low speed sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
