To provide a vehicle navigation device which can provide information about a delay in an operation of public transport vehicle and, and at a discretion of a crew member, can suppress a service delay of a public transport vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle navigation device comprises: a communication unit 110 that transmits/receives a signal of a public transport vehicle traveling on a road; a schedule acquisition unit 120 that acquires today's schedule information of a crew member from a crew member terminal; a travel plan calculating unit 210 that calculates a travel plan to a destination set by the crew member; a display unit 130 that displays a notification to the crew member that a yield request signal has been received from the public transport vehicle; and a crew member operation unit 140 that sets a response to the yield request signal by the crew member operation, wherein: when the communication unit 110 receives the yield request signal from the public transport vehicle, the communication unit transmits the yield request signal based on the schedule information and/or the travel plan and response settings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
