To provide a ride-hailing system, ride-hailing method, and computer program making it possible to sustain existing ride-hailing reservations by utilizing an ongoing information system which uses a GPS positioning technology, and determine whether an impromptu new ride-hailing reservation can be established during an available time of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a ride-hailing system of the present invention, while a cloud system 4 making it possible to access mobility data is utilized, when a receiving unit 31 receives information concerning a new ride-hailing reservation, a calculation unit 32 calculates a travel route, along which a vehicle that should be hailed tracks in response to the new ride-hailing reservation, and a required time. Based on a result of the calculation and information in a database 40, a vehicle whose ride-hailing enabled district and scheduled available time adapt to the travel route and required time concerning the new ride-hailing reservation is retrieved from the database 40. A reservation determination unit 34 determines whether the retrieved vehicle can establish the new ride-hailing reservation without deterring existing ride-hailing reservations concerning the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】GPS測位技術を利用した既存の情報システムを活用して、既存の配車予約を維持しつつ、車両の空き時間に突発的な新たな配車予約を成立させることができるか否かを決定できる配車システム、配車方法及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の配車システムでは、モビリティデータへのアクセスが可能なクラウドシステム4を活用しつつ、新たな配車予約に関する情報を受付部31で受け付けると、新たな配車予約に対して配車されるべき車両が辿る走行経路及び所要時間が算出部32により算出され、その算出結果とデータベース40の情報とに基づき、配車可能区域とスケジュールの空き時間とが新たな配車予約に係る走行経路と所要時間とに適合し得る車両がデータベース40から検索されるとともに、その検索車両が、該車両に関する既存の配車予約に支障なく新たな配車予約を成立させることができるか否かが予約判定部34により判定されるようになっている。【選択図】図2
