After ride information signifying that the prospective rider has not ridden is acquired, the vehicle allocation unit allocates an autonomous vehicle other than the allocated autonomous vehicle in response to a ride-hailing request from a person other than the prospective rider until a reallocation postponement time elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
