To provide a duct structure and its assembly method which can restrain cooling performance of a battery from being reduced while securing a space around area and is also excellent in assemblability.SOLUTION: In an inlet duct 13, a cooling wind which cools a battery module 11 installed on a vehicle V is circulated. The inlet duct 13 comprises a downstream side duct member 40, an upstream side duct member 30 which is connected to the downstream side duct member 40 by an end part 35 being inserted into inside of the downstream side duct member 40 and a seal member 50 which is provided on the end part 35 of the upstream side duct member 30.
