The invention discloses a combined mine truck cooling air duct structure which comprises a first air duct split body, a second air duct split body and a rigid air duct pipe clamp, the first air duct split body is provided with a first bent structure, and a contraction port is formed in the end of the first bent structure; the second air duct split body is provided with a second bending structure, the end of the second bending structure is arranged on the contraction port in a sleeving mode, a rigid air duct pipe clamp is installed at the sleeving position, and the first air duct split body and the second air duct split body are connected through the rigid air duct pipe clamp and fixed in position. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the combined mine truck cooling air duct structure. Structural deformation can be eliminated by adjusting the split positions of the two sections of air ducts, and therefore it is guaranteed that the air duct structure is installed in place.
