To reduce a cost of electric power generation of a wind power generator.SOLUTION: A wind power generator has a rotor 18 (wind turbine) which is provided in a tower 14 and receives wind so as to rotate, a wind power generation part 302 which receives a rotational force of the rotor 18 so as to generate electricity, a floating part 304 which is mounted with the tower 14 and floats on the water, and a wave power generation part 306 which is provided in the floating part 304 and generates electricity with a movable part that receives waves so as to move.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
