To provide a wind power generator easy to be maintained and saved in weight.SOLUTION: The wind power generator has a wind turbine including a rotor which receives wind so as to rotate, an electric generator which receives rotational force of the rotor so as to generate electricity, a support member which supports the wind turbine, a plurality of floating bodies arranged away from the support member such that it surrounds the support member, a plurality of floating bodies hollowly formed from a material having the specific gravity less than that of a metal, and a floating body holding member connected to the support member and detachably attached to the floating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
