To provide a driver state management device capable of managing a health state of a driver and an operation state of a vehicle in response to features of the driver of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A driver state management device 201 includes a user information acquisition section 211, a biological information acquisition section 212, a vehicle information acquisition section 213, a biological information determination section 214, a display control section 216, and a vehicle environment control section 215. The vehicle information acquisition section 213 acquires vehicle information including information related to an in-vehicle temperature of a vehicle. The biological information determination section 214 determines whether or not a problem exists in a health state of a user based on user information, biological information and the vehicle information. The display control section 216 displays an advice to improve the health state to the user when it is determined that the problem exists in the health state of the user. The vehicle environment control section 215 controls an in-vehicle environment so as to raise the in-vehicle temperature when it is determined that the problem exists in the health state of the user and also when the in-vehicle temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
