A driver state management device (201) is provided with a user information acquisition unit (211), a biological information acquisition unit (212), a vehicle information acquisition unit (213), a biological information determination unit (214), a display control unit (216), and a vehicle environment control unit (215). A vehicle information acquisition unit (213) acquires vehicle information including information relating to the temperature of the interior of a vehicle. The biological information determination unit (214) determines whether or not there is a problem in the health state of the user on the basis of the user information, the biological information, and the vehicle information. When it is determined that there is a problem in the state of health of the user, the display control unit (216) displays a suggestion for improving the state of health to the user. When it is determined that the health state of the user has a problem and the temperature in the vehicle is lower than a predetermined temperature, the vehicle environment control unit (215) controls the environment in the vehicle so as to increase the temperature in the vehicle.

    驾驶员状态管理装置(201)具备用户信息获取部(211)、生物体信息获取部(212)、车辆信息获取部(213)、生物体信息判定部(214)、显示控制部(216)以及车辆环境控制部(215)。车辆信息获取部(213)获取包含与车辆的车内的温度相关的信息在内的车辆信息。生物体信息判定部(214)基于用户信息、生物体信息以及车辆信息来判定用户的健康状态是否存在问题。在判定为用户的健康状态存在问题的情况下,显示控制部(216)向用户显示用于改善健康状态的建议。在判定为用户的健康状态存在问题且车内的温度比规定的温度低的情况下,车辆环境控制部(215)控制车内的环境以提高车内的温度。
