To suppress an occurrence of fuel short supply to an engine due to vapor lock in a suction pump.SOLUTION: An outboard engine includes: an engine; and a fuel supply mechanism having a suction pump for suctioning liquid fuel retained in a fuel tank arranged in a hull, a vapor separator tank for retaining the liquid fuel suctioned by the suction pump and separating the liquid fuel and steam, and a supply pump for supplying the liquid fuel retained in the vapor separator tank to the engine.
