To provide a technique for a ship monitoring system capable of reducing influence of time-lag in communication.SOLUTION: A ship monitoring system 100 comprises: an on-ship information processing device 10 provided in a ship 1 and including an on-ship communication section 28 and an information acquisition section 21 for acquiring hull motion information related to a hull motion of the ship 1; and a support information processing device 50 provided outside the ship 1 and including a support side communication section 52 communicable with the on-ship communication section 28, a time-lag identification section 53, and a state prediction section 55. The time-lag identification section 53 identifies, as a reception time-lag, a time from transmission of the hull motion information from the on-ship communication section 28 to reception of the hull motion information by the support side communication section 52. By inputting the hull motion information and the reception time-lag to a hull motion model related to the hull motion of the ship 1, the state prediction section 55 predicts a second motion state of the ship 1 advanced from a first motion state of the ship 1 indicated by the hull motion information by a period based on the reception time-lag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】通信のタイムラグの影響を減らすことが可能な船舶監視システムの技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】船舶監視システム100は、船舶1に設けられ、船上通信部28と、船舶1の船体運動に関する船体運動情報を取得する情報取得部21と、を有する船上情報処理装置10と、船舶1外に設けられ、船上通信部28と通信可能な支援側通信部52と、タイムラグ特定部53と、状態予測部55と、を有する支援情報処理装置50と、を備える。タイムラグ特定部53は、船上通信部28から船体運動情報が送信されてから支援側通信部52にて当該船体運動情報が受信されるまでの時間を受信タイムラグとして特定し、状態予測部55は、船体運動情報と受信タイムラグとを船舶1の船体運動に関する船体運動モデルに入力して、船体運動情報により示される船舶1の第1運動状態から受信タイムラグに基づく期間だけ進んだ船舶1の第2運動状態を予測する。【選択図】図2
