To provide a particulate matter transport vehicle which includes a screw conveyor connected to a tank lower part, and a rotary valve which discharges the particulate matters in a tank carried out by the screw conveyor into a discharge pipe, assists discharge flow of the particulate matters in the discharge pipe with air, and prevents a blocked area from spreading to the rotary valve or the screw conveyor even if a blockage is caused by the particulate matters in an air passage for transporting the particulate matters during operation of the screw conveyor and the rotary valve.SOLUTION: An air passage Ap for transporting particulate matters is formed by an air introduction passage 20 for guiding air from a blower B to a discharge pipe 25 and the discharge pipe 25. A discharge port Ro of a rotary valve R faces a middle part of the air passage Ap. A control device C stops or reduces a speed of rotation of a screw conveyor S and stops or reduces a speed of rotation of the rotary valve R synchronously when a blockage sensor 50 detects a blockage or a sign of the blockage of the air passage Ap during operation of the screw conveyor S and the rotary valve R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】タンク下部に連設されたスクリュコンベアと、スクリュコンベアにより搬出されたタンク内粉粒体を排出管内に排出するロータリバルブとを備えた粉粒体運搬車であって、粉粒体の排出管内での排出流動をエアで助勢するものにおいて、スクリュコンベア及びロータリバルブの作動中、粉粒体搬送用のエア通路で粉粒体に因る閉塞が生じた場合でも、その閉塞領域がロータリバルブはスクリュコンベアに拡がるのを抑制する。【解決手段】ブロワBからのエアを排出管25に誘導するエア導入路20と、排出管25とで粉粒体搬送用のエア通路Apが構成され、エア通路Apの途中にロータリバルブRの排出口Roが臨んでおり、制御装置Cは、スクリュコンベアS及びロータリバルブRの作動中、閉塞センサ50がエア通路Apの閉塞又は閉塞の予兆を検知すると、スクリュコンベアSの回転停止又は低速化と、ロータリバルブRの回転停止又は低速化とを同期して実行する。【選択図】 図4
