To provide means for stably holding a flying occupant by a manned flying object which flies by an air sac.SOLUTION: A cabin 13 is a cabin of a manned balloon. A seat tool 14 comprises: a seat tool body 141 made of a flexible sheet member; upper parts 142 respectively spread left and right from a vertical midslope of the seat tool body 141; lower parts 143 respectively spread left and right from a lower part of the seat tool body 141; shoulder belts 144 connected to the upper part of the seat tool body 141 and the upper parts 142 on both the right and the left sides; suspension belts 147 connected to the upper parts 142 and the lower parts 143 on both the right and the left sides; and seat tool upper connected parts 148 fitted to the suspension belts 147 on both the right and the left sides. The seat tool 14 stably holds a sitting occupant in a state of being suspended in the cabin 13 by seat tool suspension ropes 15 connected to the left and right seat tool upper connected parts 148.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
