To make it possible to detect that a user withdraws intentionally from a DR requirement.SOLUTION: When performing charge/discharge of a battery based on a DR requirement, a first mode display is displayed on a display part 620 of a portable terminal. A first mode display includes an end button Sb. When the end button Sb is operated, a communication part notifies a server of a fact that the charge/discharge of the battery is stopped. When a user operates the end button Sb, the portable terminal performs notification to the server, thus the server can detect that the user withdraws intentionally from the DR requirement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
