    【課題】ヒューマンエラーを適宜に回避し、的確な電線接触防止を効率的に実現可能とする。【解決手段】情報処理装置100が、建設機械5に備わり、所定の電圧範囲による電界を所定の検知距離内で検知する検電器200から、電界検知の通知を受け、検電器200の方向をセンシング方向に含む物体計測ユニット300から、前記通知のタイミングにおけるセンシングデータを取得し、センシングデータに基づき検電器200の方向に存在する電線8と当該電線8からの離隔距離を特定し、電線8での電圧は前記電圧範囲に含まれるものと判定し、当該電圧範囲および前記離隔距離に応じて予め定めた動作を実行する。【選択図】図1
