To allow AI to perform, in a shorter time, reinforcement learning of matters required for decision making when piloting of an aircraft is supported by a control system mounted with the AI.SOLUTION: An aircraft control system according to an embodiment comprises: a rule setting section for setting a rule for performing second decision making on the basis of a result of first decision making; a reinforcement learning section for acquiring a first learning result for the first decision making, through first reinforcement learning, and acquiring a second learning result for the second decision making, through second reinforcement learning; an evaluation section for evaluating results of the decision making; and a piloting information generation section for generating support information for piloting an aircraft, on the basis of the learning results. When the second learning result in the past has not been acquired during the first reinforcement learning, the evaluation section evaluates the result of the first decision making during the first reinforcement learning, and the result of the second decision making based on the rule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
