To provide a laminate that improves adhesion between a substrate and an inorganic fiber layer laminated and bonded to the substrate, while enhancing the peeling strength, and a vehicular ceiling material comprising the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 comprises a substrate 11 and inorganic fiber layers 21, 25 laminated and bonded to the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is polyurethane foam that is formed from a polyurethane foam raw material composed of a polyurethane foam raw material composition comprising a polyol, a catalyst, and a foamer and a polyisocyanate. The polyol comprises a polyester polyol, and the laminate has a peeling strength of 1.1 N or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】基材と、基材に積層、接着された無機繊維層との接着性を高め、剥離強度を向上させた積層体とその積層体を備える車両用天井材を得る。【解決手段】基材11と、基材11に積層、接着された無機繊維層21、25とを有する積層体10において、基材11は、ポリオール、触媒、発泡剤を含むポリウレタンフォーム原料用組成物と、ポリイソシアネートとで構成されるポリウレタンフォーム原料から形成されたポリウレタンフォームであり、ポリオールには、ポリエステルポリオールが含まれ、積層体の剥離強度は、1.1N以上である。【選択図】図1
