PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular ceiling material comprising at least a base material layer and a skin material layer.SOLUTION: Provided is a vehicular ceiling material comprising at least a base material layer and a skin material layer, in which a skin material forming the skin material layer comprises a fabric which is woven using a thermoplastic resin crimp multi-filament and then is subjected to dyeing and/or finishing processing, and tension stress of the fabric during 10% elongation ratio in a warp direction and in a latitude direction is 20 N/25.4 mm or more, respectively. In addition, when the tension stress in the warp direction is (y) and tension stress in the latitude direction is (x), the tension stress in the warp direction is a value equal to or less than y, expressed by the formula:y=-0.15x+73. When the fabric is 100 mass%, the crimp multi-filament is equal to or more than 80 mass% preferably. In addition, an expansion restoration ratio of the crimp multi-filament is equal to or more than 30%, and basis weight of the fabric is 150-300 g/m, preferably.
【課題】少なくとも、基材層と、表皮層とを備える車両用天井材を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも、基材層と、表皮層とを備える車両用天井材であって、表皮層を構成する表皮材は、熱可塑性樹脂製の捲縮マルチフィラメントを用いて製織され、その後、染色及び/又は仕上げ加工された織物を備える。また、織物の経方向及び緯方向各々の10%伸長率時の引張応力がともに20N/25.4mm以上であり、且つ経方向の引張応力を(y)、緯方向の引張応力を(x)としたときに、経方向の引張応力は、y=−0.15x+73で表されるy以下の値である。更に、織物を100質量%とした場合に、捲縮マルチフィラメントは80質量%以上であることが好ましい。更に、捲縮マルチフィラメントの伸縮復元率が30%以上であり、織物の目付が150〜300g/m2であることがより好ましい。【選択図】図1
