To provide a parachute which has a float that can demonstrate the buoyance in a longer period of time in comparison to a conventional technique, a safety device and a flying object having the parachute.SOLUTION: A sewn part 90 is formed along bent parts 70C by sewing the adjacent bent parts 70C in an overlapped manner by using a thread-like member (not illustrated) for a waterproof panel member 70B. Hot melt members 91 are provided so as to cover the sewn part 90 on both surfaces of a portion where the sewn part 90 is formed and the adjacent bent parts 70C overlap each other. Heat is applied to the waterproof panel member 70B from the surface of the hot melt member 91 and the hot melt member 91 is thermally-compressed to the waterproof panel member 70B. With this, at least an opening of a hole formed when the thread-like member penetrates the waterproof panel member 70B for forming the sewn part 90 is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】従来よりも長時間浮力を発揮することが可能なフロートを有するパラシュート、当該パラシュートを備えた安全装置および飛行体を提供する。【解決手段】防水性パネル部材70Bについて隣り合う曲部70C同士を重ねてそれぞれ糸状部材(図示せず)を用いて縫い合わせることによって、縫合部90を曲部70Cに沿って形成する。縫合部90が形成された隣り合う曲部70C同士が重なり合った部分の両面において、縫合部90を覆うようにホットメルト部材91を設ける。ホットメルト部材91の表面から防水性パネル部材70Bに対して熱を加えて、ホットメルト部材91を防水性パネル部材70Bに熱圧着する。これにより、糸状部材が縫合部90を形成するために防水性パネル部材70Bを貫通することによって形成された穴の少なくとも開口部を閉塞する。【選択図】図5
