To provide a parachute which has a tensile strength that can sufficiently bear the impact at the time of falling even though a resin film having relatively thin thickness is used, is more lightweight in comparison to a conventional technique and has an excellent impact resistance at the time of falling, and a safety device and a flying object having the same.SOLUTION: A parachute 100 includes a canopy 10 which becomes a substantially-hemispherical shape at the time of expansion. The canopy 10 includes a canopy top part 11 and a canopy skirt part 12, and is formed by connecting a plurality of gores 20 having a substantially-triangular shape. Each of the plurality of gores 20 includes folded parts 21, 22 in which at least one of an end on the canopy top part 11 side and an end on the canopy skirt part 12 side is folded with a prescribed width to the inner side or outer side of the canopy 10 and fixed with a double-sided adhesive tape, one-side adhesive tape or deposition. A reinforcement tape 50 is bonded along the circumferential direction of the canopy 10 to at least a portion of the folded parts 21, 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
