To provide an elevator apparatus capable of making effective use of regenerated energy generated during operation in blackout.SOLUTION: An elevator apparatus according to the present embodiment comprises a first unidirectional circuit to supply power running energy from a battery to a motor during a power outage operation, a second unidirectional circuit to recover regenerative energy generated by a motor in a battery, and speed command generation means, where the speed command generation means accelerates a car to a preset lower limit speed after the start of the power outage operation, determines as the regeneration mode when battery charging current is detected in the state at the lower limit speed, accelerates again from the lower limit speed when determining as the regeneration mode, considers as the maximum point of the regenerative power when the battery charging current reaches the maximum peak, ends the reacceleration, and maintains the current operation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】停電運転時に発生する回生エネルギーを有効利用する。【解決手段】実施形態のエレベータ装置は、停電運転時に、蓄電池からモータへ力行エネルギーを供給する一方向性の第1の回路と、モータから発生する回生エネルギーを蓄電池に回収する一方向性の第2の回路と、停電運転開始後に、予め設定した下限速度まで乗りカゴを加速させ、下限速度で運転した状態で蓄電池の充電電流を検出した場合に回生モードと判定し、回生モードと判定したとき、下限速度から再加速させ、蓄電池の充電電流が最大ピークに達した時点で回生電力最大点とみなし、再加速を終了して、そのときの運転速度を維持する速度指令生成手段と、を備える。【選択図】図1
