To provide a sound absorption material for vehicles and a foamed laminate having a thin base material thickness and high performance over a wide frequency range when used as a sound absorption material, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A sound absorption material for vehicles comprises a flexible polyurethane foam composed of a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component as composing components, in which the polyol component contains a catalyst, a foam arranging agent and a foaming agent, at least one of the polyol component or the polyisocyanate component contains a defoaming agent. Surface tension of the foam arranging agent is 22 to 28 mN/m at 23°C, and content of the defoaming agent is 0.1 to 7.5% by mass of the total amount of the polyol component and the polyisocyanate component.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】吸音材として用いたときに基材厚みが薄く、幅広い周波数領域において高い性能を有する車両用吸音材並びに発泡積層体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオール成分と、ポリイソシアネート成分とを、構成成分とする軟質ポリウレタンフォームからなる車両用吸音材であって、ポリオール成分が、触媒、整泡剤および発泡剤を含み、ポリオール成分またはポリイソシアネート成分の少なくとも一方に破泡剤を含み、整泡剤の表面張力が22~28mN/m@23℃であり、破泡剤の含有量がポリオール成分とポリイソシアネート成分の総量に対して0.1~7.5質量%である。【選択図】なし
