The brake mechanism can switch between a brake operating state where the rotation of an output shaft 26 of the speed reducer 23 is braked so that reaction force transferred from a front wheel 2 via the motion conversion mechanism 24 is not input into the speed reducer 23 and a brake released state where braking of the rotation of the output shaft 26 of the speed reducer 23 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
