To provide a power conversion device capable of balancing operation of a plurality of power conversion units in advance, even not having information on switching element characteristics.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a first and a second power conversion units (101, 102), common output configured with parallel connection of output of each power conversion unit, and a control device for controlling each power conversion unit, driver circuits (113 to 124) of switching elements configuring the first and the second power conversion circuits are configured to be capable of adjusting delay amount of drive signals, and when the delay amount of the driver circuit is set, the control device sets delay amount at the driver circuit for driving a switching element of a first phase or at the driver circuit for driving a switching element of a second phase according to current unbalance between a first phase (109) and a second phase (112) for each of the plurality of pairs mutually different two phases in the power conversion circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
