PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress voltage vibrations caused by an LC resonance path that is formed between a smoothing capacitor and a snubber capacitor.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises: a first capacitor that is connected between a high voltage side and a low voltage side of a direct current; a power semiconductor module that is connected in parallel with the first capacitor; a second capacitor which is connected in parallel with the power semiconductor module and of which the capacity is smaller than that of the first capacitor; and a conductor that connects the power semiconductor module and the first capacitor. The power conversion device also includes a screw that fixes a terminal of the power semiconductor module, a terminal of the conductor and a terminal of the second capacitor in a state where the terminals are overlapped. In a path of a current that flows from the second capacitor through the conductor to the first capacitor, a direction of a current flowing through the terminal of the second capacitor is opposite to a direction of a current flowing through the terminal of the conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
