To provide an air tank with extremely clean and low-density dry air.SOLUTION: A braking device in a vehicular compressed air passage includes: oil content removal means for separating and trapping dust and an oil content mixed in compressed air discharged from a compressor; an air dryer for removing moisture mixed in the compressed air from which the oil content has been removed by the oil content removal means; and a brake system having an air tank provided in an air passage downstream of the air dryer, and a brake valve, a control valve device and an air master that are connected to the air tank. At least one gas liquid separator having a function for removing moisture included in the compressed air is interposed in the compressed air passage between the compressor and the air tank. The gas liquid separator includes in a container: cylindrical first gas liquid separation means for removing moisture included in the compressed air; and second gas liquid separation means having gas flow rate control small holes and further removing moisture from the compressed air in which gas and liquid have been separated and that has entered into the first gas liquid separation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】きわめて清浄でかつ低密度の乾燥空気をエアタンクに与えること。【解決手段】圧縮機から吐出された圧縮空気に混入したゴミや油分を分離捕捉する油分除去手段と、油分除去手段によって油分が除去された圧縮空気に混入している水分を除去するエアドライヤと、このエアドライヤの下流側の空気経路に設けられたエアタンク、エアタンクに接続するブレーキバルブ・制御弁装置・エアマスタを含むブレーキシステムを備える車両用圧縮空気経路における制動装置に於いて、圧縮機とエアタンクとの間の圧縮空気経路に圧縮空気に含まれている水分を除去する機能を有する気液分離装置を、少なくとも一機介在させ、気液分離装置は、容器内に圧縮空気に含まれている水分を除去する筒状の第1の気液分離手段と、この第1の気液分離手段内に入り込んだ気液分離中の圧縮空気からさらに水分を除去する気体流量制御小孔を有する第2の気液分離手段を有すること。【選択図】図1
