To improve the steering property of a traction vehicle without a driving source.SOLUTION: A traction vehicle includes: a vehicle body; wheels attached at least in bilateral symmetry on the vehicle body; a brake device for braking each of the wheels; a control section for controlling the brake device; and a coupling section provided in front of the lateral center of the vehicle body and coupled to the vehicle. The coupling section includes: a left oblique side part having an angle in a left direction from a central axis of the lateral center of the vehicle body and extending; a right oblique side part having an angle in a right direction from the central axis of the lateral center of the vehicle body and extending; a left stress detection device for detecting a stress applied to a left side part; and a right stress detection device for detecting a stress applied to a right side part. The control section controls each brake on the basis of the stresses detected by the left stress detection device and the right stress detection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
