To provide an optical axis control device of a vehicular headlamp which can reduce a labor of initialization processing after conveyance.SOLUTION: An optical axis control device of a vehicular headlamp is a device for controlling an optical axis of a vehicular headlamp, wherein in a state in which data of angle maintenance information is transmitted from an external device, a controller 10 receives the data, when an ignition switch of the vehicle is turned off, the controller writes data such as acceleration obtained on the basis of the data of the angle maintenance information and output of an acceleration sensor 12 in a non-volatile memory 13, when the ignition switch of the vehicle is turned on, in a state in which the data of the angle maintenance information is stored in the non-volatile memory, optical axis control of a headlight is performed using a vehicle angle specified on the basis of the data stored in the non-volatile memory 13 or a predetermined value as a current vehicle angle, and in a case in which the data of the angle maintenance information is not stored in the non-volatile memory 13, the optical axis control of the headlight is performed by the vehicle angle and the like obtained using the acceleration obtained on the basis of the output of the acceleration sensor 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】運搬後の初期化処理の手間を軽減することができる車両用前照灯の光軸制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両の前照灯の光軸を制御するための装置であって、コントローラ10は、角度維持情報のデータが外部装置から送信された場合にそれを受信し、車両のイグニッションスイッチがオフとなった際に、角度維持情報のデータと加速度センサ12の出力に基づいて得られる加速度等のデータを不揮発メモリ13に書き込み、車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンとなった際に、不揮発メモリに角度維持情報のデータが記憶されている場合には不揮発メモリ13に記憶されたデータに基づいて特定される車両角度又は所定値を現在の車両角度として用いて前照灯の光軸制御を行い、不揮発メモリ13に角度維持情報のデータが記憶されていない場合には加速度センサ12の出力に基づいて得られる加速度を用いて得られる車両角度等によって前照灯の光軸制御を行う。【選択図】図1
