To extract a video more appropriately presenting an event situation and provide the video to a user.SOLUTION: In an event video provision system including each on-vehicle unit 1 that each vehicle mounts thereon and a management device 4 for transmitting an event video relating to an event, which occurs on the road, to the on-vehicle unit 1 of a target vehicle to which the event video should be provided, the management device 4 determines a collection range from an event occurrence location and a date, extracts a specific vehicle existing in the collection range and the target vehicle moving toward the event occurrence location, receives meta information corresponding to video data from the specific vehicle, converts the meta information into an evaluation point in accordance with conversion information, receives specific video data corresponding to high-score meta information of a highest evaluation point from the specific vehicle, and provides the specific video data to the target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
